Class of 2021
Cross River, New York
Masters is unlike any other school. Our community is vibrant, diverse, and filled with smart, thoughtful individuals who are passionate about a variety of things. Also, the Harkness Method allows us to have meaningful conversations about real-life issues and challenges us to question our own beliefs and those of others around us.
What are you involved with on campus?
I’m involved with several organizations at Masters, including Masters Interested in Sharing and Helping (MISH), varsity swimming, Girls Who Code, Girls in STEM, Model United Nations, varsity debate, peer leaders, and Panther TV. I’m also the tech blogger for Tower, our student-run news website.
What is your favorite dining hall food?
The waffles! Masters has the most delicious waffles ever; they’re the perfect thickness and are so fluffy. My friends make fun of me for eating a plain waffle every single day for breakfast while running to Morning Meeting or first period.
What is your favorite event at Masters?
The Sophomore Model United Nations Conference was one of the highlights of my Masters experience! It was so much fun to be secretary general and teach my peers about parliamentary procedure.
