Dobbs 16 and Tower Singers Entertain in New York City

Dobbs 16 and Tower Singers performed at the MetLife Building in New York City on Wednesday, December 5.

It marked the third consecutive year that Masters has participated in the concert series, which is organized by the Bernard Kaplan Memorial Music Program and features musical acts in the lobby of the 200 Park Avenue skyscraper. Both groups ran through their entire repertoires to date.

The Theatre Tech and Design class also attended the event in an effort to study the acoustics of the space as a musical venue. They were then tasked with recommending how to amplify a theoretical performance for the highest quality sound. Ramsey Frank ’19 took the above photo in front of the MetLife lobby tree.
