Vivid oil paintings, delicate watercolors and much more are on display at the Second Annual Middle School Art Exhibit in the Fonseca Center's Wenberg Gallery.
The exhibit, which runs through April 30, features a wide range of pieces. Among them are several pictures of animals, created in a variety of media. There’s a large painting of a black dog in a field, an oil painting of a kitten curled up in a windowsill, and a brightly colored abstract image of a horse’s head, to name a few.
The exhibit also features many drawings, with subjects ranging from an airplane to an American Revolutionary War battle scene to an Elephant towering over a few ducks.
