  • Graduation Requirements

    English: Four years
    Mathematics: Three years, through at least Algebra II
    Languages: Three years of the same language, through at least level III
    History: Three years, one of which must be United States History
    Religion: A half-credit, one-semester course, World Religions is typically taken in tenth grade
    Science: Three years, two of which must be laboratory sciences
    The Arts: For students entering in ninth grade, 1.5 credits in the arts. All ninth graders are required to take at least one .5-credit course in the arts.
    Public Speaking: A quarter-credit, one-semester course to be taken in eleventh grade
    Health: One-semester course to be taken in eleventh grade
    Physical Education: Four years (can be fulfilled by participation in athletics, dance, fitness co-
    curriculars, or P.E. class) 
    Athletic Requirement: Three seasons. Upper School students must participate as a member of an interscholastic team for three out of six seasons of their ninth and tenth grades; at least one of these seasons must be during freshman year. In addition to team sports, Dance Company and the winter musical also fulfill this requirement.
