The new facility features two dance studios, a large art gallery, recital hall, an experimental theater, and media arts lab as well as a video and photography studio.
Adjacent to the Claudia Boettcher Theatre is an open, sunny two-story art studio. Here students fashion their visual art in a full spectrum of media, including drawing, painting, sculpture, ceramics, and printmaking.

Students put on all manner of performances in our 500-seat theatre. It’s also where the entire Upper School assembles most mornings to begin the academic day.
Located in the lower level of Strayer Hall and the Fonseca Center are professional dance studios that features wood floors, barres and floor-to-ceiling mirrors.
Strayer Hall Music Center
This facility features practice facilities with 14 pianos, guitars, drum kits and other instruments, soundproof practice rooms and studio, Music Lab featuring 15 keyboards and iMacs with professional grade software and the rehearsal rooms for both acoustic and amplified ensembles.
Digital Media Lab
This high tech lab includes sixteen Macintosh computers with a teaching station and projection setup. Students use iWeb, iMovie, and iPhoto, and they develop podcasts. A web gallery gives each student a place to display work. The teaching station enables the instructor to answer questions with real-world examples, projected instantly for the class to see.
