Varsity, Middle School Boys' Lax Teams Record Big Wins
The Middle School boys' lacrosse team picked up its first win of the season over The Stanwich School on May 10. The Panthers will be back in action to wrap up their season on May 23 at home against The Windward School at 3:30 PM.
The varsity squad, meanwhile, secured a huge 15-10 victory over The Portledge School in last Friday's Private Schools Athletic Association (PSAA) semifinal round at Greene Family Field. Will Stark buried a game-high six goals to pace the offense. It was the program's first-ever home playoff game, according to coach Tim Custer. The Panthers fell to Long Island Lutheran, 18-10, in Monday's PSAA final at Cantiague Park on Long Island.
