Boys' Indoor Track & Field off to Blazing Start
The boys' varsity indoor track & field squad got off to a blazing start at the Ivy League Prep Schools Meet 1 on Wednesday, December 5 at the Armory in New York City.
The 4x200 relay team — consisting of Dorian Gilmartin, Luke Ferrando, Tavin Staber and Judah Francella — led the way with a first-place time of 1:41.04.
Other Top 10 performances and personal bests were as follows:
Boys' long jump: Judah Francella (19-04.50’, 2nd place & personal best)
Boys' 55-meter dash: Dorian Gilmartin (7.09, 4th place)
Boys' 300-meter dash: Judah Francella (39.39, 7th place & personal best)
Boys' 600-meter dash: Luke Ferrando (1:31.30, 4th place)
Boys' 1600 meters: Max Levy (5:32.00, personal best)
