Get Moving With Panther Nation!

Staying active has innumerable health benefits, and starting next week, the Athletics Department is going to get our community moving with daily workouts and weekly challenges.

On Wednesdays, we will post a Panther Challenge that you can videotape and send to us for a chance to be featured on our social media pages. These workouts will also be posted on students' LMS pages. Have fun, Panthers!
