The Dance program offers a rich and dynamic experience in the studio and on stage. As well as gaining solid technique in multiple dance styles, you will be given the opportunity to work with professionals in the field to explore your creativity through dance improvisation and choreography.
Our course offerings include two minor and two major dance technique classes. Guest artists enhance offerings of the program, in addition to studying with the performing arts faculty at Masters.

Performance opportunities are provided through our faculty-directed Masters Dance Company, two student-directed performing groups and the winter musical. The Masters Dance Company fulfills the physical education co-curricular and ACR requirement. The company performs in concerts in both the fall and spring terms, and the repertoire includes a variety of dance styles. Student choreography is supported in the spring concert. The fall concert presents works created by faculty and professional guest artists. The dance companies hold auditions in the fall and spring, and all student dancers attend our Masters preseason at the end of August for conditioning and opportunities to work with guest artists.
