Masters Connects: Empowering Students Through Experience
Masters Connects, The Masters School’s new summer internship initiative, is designed to give juniors and seniors meaningful opportunities to explore their interests and gain real-world experience during the summer.
Masters Connects is excited to partner with our alumnae/i and parent/guardian communities to provide dynamic internships, mentorships and shadowing opportunities across a wide range of industries. In preparation for their placements, students will participate in a series of Masters-hosted workshops focused on résumé development, interview preparation, business communication and professional workplace skills.
Each summer, students will engage in experiences that build confidence, workplace maturity and essential career skills. Internship hours and duration are determined by the sponsoring company, and positions may be paid or unpaid, depending on the scope of the opportunity. If you are a for-profit organization, please consult with your legal team on unpaid internships or refer to the U.S. Department of Labor. Our partners include companies large and small, nonprofit organizations and individual professionals all offering invaluable learning experiences.
Through these experiences, Masters students will cultivate creativity, initiative, and adaptability. These skills will empower them to navigate an ever-changing world and to thrive as engaged, thoughtful leaders.
Open to students in the class of 2026 and the class of 2027 who are in good standing with the School, have completed the required Masters-hosted workshops and have their parents’ or guardians’ approval.
