Lexi Dantzig ’02

After graduating, she attended culinary school with a focus on food marketing, owned and operated a small catering company, and worked in the restaurant world. After escaping the hustle and bustle of professional kitchens, Lexi worked at a small health and wellness startup that was subsequently bought by Richard Branson’s Virgin brand. Lexi found that her experience in the service industry perfectly set her up for a corporate career focused on employee experience and she spent many years building cultures where employees felt welcomed, engaged, and included. In the past few years, she has pivoted from employee experience to employee growth and development and currently sits on the talent development team at Ocean Spray Cranberries.

Lexi lives in Providence, RI, with her husband and dog, where she spends her free time reading, striving to create the perfect sandwich (a life-long pursuit), planning family travel adventures, spending time in nature, and sampling all the rare fruit that she can get her hands on.
