Department of Performing Arts

Bringing vast experience in performing arts education, Beth Manspeizer comes to Masters as an upper school theater teacher. Most recently, Beth was program director and founder of the Responsive Education Theater Company and theater professor at Sacred Heart University.

Beth has a B.S. in acting and directing from Skidmore College and an MFA in acting from the Actors Studio Drama School. She studied the Horton Technique at Alvin Ailey, and trained at the Underground Russian Theatre in St. Petersburg, and is trained in Strasberg from the Actors Studio where she is a lifetime member and a member of the Board of Directors.
