Dance Company Dedicates Concert to Theme of Activism

Gun violence, bullying, social media, #MeToo, and Puerto Rico's recovery were just some of the topics that Masters' Dance Company highlighted in their fall performances last Friday, November 9 and Saturday, November 10.

The concert was an opportunity for the dancers to explore the School's year-long theme of advocacy. In an effort to involve the audience in this theme, video interludes between the dances provided information about three organizations: Seeds of Peace, New Alternatives and NF2 - Neurofibromatosis. The audience was encouraged to participate by donating to these causes, and over the course of two nights, they contributed $1,140, which will be split evenly among the causes.
