The Masters School welcomes applications for faculty positions all year. A majority of available teaching and administrative positions are known in February and March of each year. The most advantageous time to submit applications is in the December through March timeframe. Candidates should send a cover letter and resume to facultycareers@mastersny.org.

    Part-time Social Media Coordinator

    The Social Media Coordinator is a strategic, hands-on content creator responsible for elevating The Masters School’s social media presence in support of enrollment, brand visibility, and institutional priorities. Reporting to the Associate Head of Strategic Communications, the Social Media Coordinator collaborates with the Communications team, students, faculty, and staff to tell timely, compelling stories that reflect the vibrancy of daily life at Masters and engage current families, prospective families, students, and alumnae/i. This is a part-time consultant role (approximately 20 hours per week), with potential to extend or evolve into a full-time position.

    Masters is seeking experienced lacrosse coaches to assist at the middle school, JV and varsity levels of the girls lacrosse program. We are a part of the New York State Association of Independent Schools (NYSAIS). The ideal candidate will continue to foster excellence through hard work, positivity and enjoyment while building a foundation of trust with athletes, families and the Masters community. They will look to utilize our top-notch facilities, including a turf field, newly renovated strength room and a fully equipped cardio room.
