Cognizant of our increasingly connected world, the department has developed a set of curricular offerings that build from a two-year World History foundation, include various approaches to the teaching of American History and allow students to choose from a range of exciting senior level seminars.
The Helpdesk Support Technician is an entry-level position. This position is responsible for responding to Level 1 Helpdesk calls and emails, basic troubleshooting, escalating tickets to administrators as needed and completing projects as directed.
