Seniors and Recent Graduates Reconnect at Young Alumnae/i Party
The familiar faces of recent graduates were a welcome sight this past Wednesday, January 9, as dozens of alumnae/i from the classes of 2014 through 2018 returned to campus to catch up with faculty and current seniors at the Young Alumnae/i Sushi Soiree.
The annual party, which included a sushi spread, was an opportunity for the nearly 80 alumnae/i, seniors and faculty to gather in Estherwood Mansion to reconnect and catch up on the latest news in each other’s lives. Head of School Laura Danforth joined in the festivities and welcomed the alums back to their alma mater. Members of the Class of 2019, many of whom are still in the midst of the college application process, were eager to learn more about their friends’ college experiences.
“This is such a fun event for everyone,” said Sujata Jaggi ’01, Director of Alumnae/i Engagement. “It is a great opportunity for our current seniors to see friends who have graduated and also for them to get a sense of what it means to be an alum of The Masters School. It is important to keep those relationships and connections strong, and we are glad that the sushi soiree got so many of us in a room together.”
