Fall Athletes and Dancers Complete Successful Preseason

Athletes and dancers at The Masters School have been grinding away at their respective crafts since the start of preseason training on Monday, August 26.

First-year Athletic Director Logan Condon was impressed with the overall work ethic displayed on the fields, the courts, studios and everywhere in between.

"The amount of spirit, enthusiasm and hard work that our student-athletes put forth during preseason was incredible to see," Condon said. "It was clear to me that our student-athletes took the fields, trails, studios, and courts ready to learn from their coaches and teachers, building a strong foundation for all of the future successes they will achieve this season."

Condon, who joined the Masters community this summer, reflected on his first preseason overseeing the athletic department.

"It was a great experience," he said. "I enjoyed meeting so many dedicated and talented athletes and getting to see our coaches in action. It was really fun to watch the campus come to life and to see the teams come together over the course of the week."

Masters will field athletic teams in girls volleyball, boys soccer, girls soccer, girls tennis and cross-country during the fall season. The Dance Company will perform its fall concert on November 15 and 16.

"I expect our teams to do very well this season," Condon said. "There are many new faces and strong athletes that have boosted our programs right away and have added to the already high standards that our veteran athletes have set. There is a lot to be excited about, and I am looking forward to watching the Panthers from the sidelines this year."
