Boys Lacrosse: Ryan Seymour
A three-year varsity starter at Westminster School, coach Seymour competed against some of the top-ranked teams in the nation and served as team captain during his senior year. He continued his playing career at Denison University, earning a spot on the team as a walk-on and contributing to two NCAC tournament championships, including NCAA tournament runs to the Elite Eight and Final Four.
With several years of coaching experience at the middle and high school levels in Connecticut and New York, coach Seymour brings a deep passion for player development, team culture, and competitive excellence.
