Middle School Science
After working as a substitute during the spring, Abby Mandel returns to Masters as a full-time middle school science teacher.
Abby holds a Ph.D. in nutrition and food science from Cornell University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Monell Chemical Senses Center, where she studied the biological roots of taste, texture and flavor perception. She served as a teaching fellow and was the assistant director of the HS2 program at the Colorado Rocky Mountain School.
