She also served as an assistant coach of the girls varsity lacrosse team. This fall, she joins Masters as an upper school physical education teacher and will coach. She previously taught physical education at George Washington Elementary School in White Plains. Gianna graduated cum laude with a B.S. in exercise science from Mercy University, where she was a member of the women’s lacrosse team. She recently earned an M.A.T. in physical education and sport pedagogy from Manhattanville University, where she was a member of the women’s lacrosse team.
