Jodi Innerfield '05, President

Jodi Innerfield '05 is an ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees and a marketing strategist and storyteller who serves as President of The Masters School Alumnae/i Association Board.

She is the founder of a marketing consulting practice that helps companies from high-growth startups to global enterprises develop clear, compelling narratives and go-to-market strategies. Prior to consulting, Jodi spent eight years at Salesforce, where she served as a product marketing leader across platform, small business, and portfolio teams.

Beyond her marketing career, Jodi is deeply committed to community leadership and equity work. She serves as NextGen Co-Chair and as a member of the New York/New Jersey Regional Board for the Anti-Defamation League, where she supports the organization's mission to fight antisemitism and secure justice and fair treatment for all. She is a graduate of ADL's Glass Leadership Institute (2020–2021) and has served on the New York/New Jersey NextGen Advisory Board since 2021, as well as ADL's Education Committee.

Jodi is also the co-founder and co-host of AP Taylor Swift, a podcast that blends literary analysis, pop culture, and academic insight through the lens of Taylor Swift's songwriting. She received her B.A. in psychology from Columbia University and her MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. She lives in Manhattan.
